Milana

Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub, an American comedian and actress, is also known as Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub. Her birthplace was in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents and began her career as an actor as a child soon after her move to the United States. From 2013 to 2016, she was the AT&T salesperson Lily Adams, and since 2020, she has been the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams. She gained fame for her role in television commercials. She was a regular host of the Yahoo! Screen science fiction comedy Other Space (2015). She also had the role of a regular character on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016)-2017. Vayntrub has also been the voice for Squirrel girl in Marvel Rising since 2018, after she was cast in the unaired television pilot New Warriors. Vayntrub is an Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) native, and also a Jew. Her parents and she fled antisemitism when she was two years old. They moved to the U.S. with their children. Her family's financial difficulties resulted in her appearing in Mattel Barbie commercials from the age of 5. Vayntrub briefly studied at Beverly Hills High School. In her sophomore year she dropped out and got a GED. She continued however to earn a Bachelor of Arts Communication degree from the University of California San Diego. Vayntrub studied improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade.
