Alexandra Raisman
Aly Raisman is an American gymnast, who was an athlete and captain of 2012's Fierce Five and 2016 Final Five US Women's Olympic gymnastics teams. At the 2012 Olympics she won gold on both the team floor as well as the individual competitions. The bronze medal was awarded by the balance bar. This made her an the only American gymnast at the Olympics to win the most medals. At the 2016, Olympics she was awarded a gold medal in the team event which earned her along with co-teammate Gabby Douglas the credit of been the first Americans to have two consecutive gold medals for the team. Also, she received silvers for individual all-around as well as for floor exercise. In the three years between her two Olympic Games, she took a break. In addition she was a part of two gold medal-winning American gymnastics squads. Her favorite event is the floor workout. The gymnastics training began at the age of two years young. Aly supports the Uniting Against Lung Cancer organization in memory of her grandmother who was diagnosed with cancer and passed away. In the future, she hopes to build a career out of fashion. It is also her dream to extend her leotards line as well as her socks. Fierce - a novel she is writing will come coming out in the year ahead.
